Langh Ship Partners with Pentonet for Fleet-Wide Connectivity upgrade

Langh Ship Signs Agreement with Pentonet for Fleet-Wide LEO and 5G Connectivity upgrade

Pentonet has signed an agreement with Langh Ship to deliver a fleet-wide connectivity upgrade leveraging a hybrid solution that combines Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite technology with cellular 5G utilising an SD-WAN cloud management system.

The solution will provide vessels with higher speeds, lower latency, and enhanced reliability, ensuring seamless connectivity both at sea and in coastal areas.

The upgrade will support operational needs as well as crew connectivity, enabling real-time data usage, remote support capabilities, and an improved onboard digital experience for crew members.

The rollout will be implemented in phases across part of Langh Ship’s fleet during 2026.
